Remember That Day

The day you marry the one you love is the day you make the best decision of your life. The day you marry the love of your life is the day you ought to cherish the most, the day you ought to focus more on living in the present. Be tremendously happy, dance fearlessly, and embrace the imperfections of that day.

Make sure to remember every little detail of it: the feeling you get when you wake up in the morning, the thoughts you have as you look at your reflection in the mirror in solitude, how your food tastes, how happy your friends and family are.

Because, years from now, you’ll look back and see how that day marked the start of an irreplaceable journey. The day when you felt like you could brave any storm, as long as you go through it all with your loved one by your side.

But you’ll also see how, since then, you will have undoubtedly come across those storms. Maybe you’ll even encounter a few of your greatest fears along the way. But you will see how that will only make you, your loved one, and your relationship ever so stronger, ever so sweeter.

Years from now, you’ll look back in hindsight and say that it was all worth it. You’ll be glad of the day you chose your greatest dreams over your greatest fears. Because, since then, you will be graced with so much more love and many more dreams from above, more than you can ever imagine.

Remember well the day you wed, because life will never be the same since.

Love,

Axioo
