I’ve probably shared once before about how amazed I am to hear stories about how one meets his soul mate. It never ceases to amaze me just how their roads seemed to have been paved towards that certain someone they were meant to spend eternity with. Some probably had the time of their lives during their period together and some have been fortunate enough to have gone through a certain test that has proved their love to be stronger than they have ever thought before.

This is actually the first time I got the opportunity to shoot an Indian wedding, needless to say I'm extremely ecstatic. This is also the first time I would be shooting a 3 days and 3 nights wedding, and I didn't have an idea of what's going to happen in those 3 days but I'm super excited about it.
True enough, it was an amazing wedding! During those 3 days and 3 nights, there were always so many super fun and interesting events, super fun and exciting people, and super fun and exciting places! The details and colors of the decorations during the wedding were simply amazing that by the end of the 3 days and 3 nights of non-stop shooting, my body was half dead, but my soul and senses were so stuffed that I had almost wanted more. The key word is "almost".
I won't tell you much more, I just want you guys to enjoy this 7 minutes journey that I took following Anoop and Kiran's mad mad love for each other. And maybe you might catch a glimpse of what I experience in that 3 days and 3 nights!

I believe that I am one of the few lucky princesses who not only got to marry a sweet cuddly polar bear, but also get to live the fairy tale life filled with enchanting creatures. Our world became sweeter when a little Fairy Ballerina came into our lives, four years ago. And just when we thought that it could not get any sweeter, it did, when we welcomed our little Wonder Boy less than two years later. And… by the looks of it, our world is about to get even more beautiful as we look forward to embracing the newest addition to our little clan in January.
What a privilege it was for me to shoot for this sweet couple with an enormous heart. Not just for each other, but for everyone around them. Han is the conservative man, gentle and kind who won the heart of Surabaya’s own beauty, Amelia. More than beautiful, this woman is humble and loving and so much fun to be around. And San Francisco and Napa Valley provided the perfect backdrop for their pre-wedding portraits. California’s treasure trove of love in the wine country and the breezy city was a great place to capture the chemistry between these two gentle souls in love.
Ben and Susan have known each other since they were much younger but haven’t kept much in touch, until a friend reintroduced them again. They didn’t realize that they were both together sharing the same land down under at the time. They reconnected and started seeing each other intensively. The confident and bubbly young lady won the heart of the calm and quiet man, and I was lucky enough to cross paths with these remarkable people on their pre-wedding shoot.
Sometimes a person just gets lucky enough to shoot a pre-wedding portrait with Darth Vader in it, you know what I mean? And just in case you were wondering, Rindo and Netty actually collected all those empty beer cans. I assume being the beer enthusiasts that they are, they didn't have a problem coming up with so many for our shoot. Super!

Some girls are just born to be in front of the camera and simply look great effortlessly. Ribka is one of those girls… a head turner, an incredibly sweet person inside and out, the pretty girl next door. I’ve known her since last year, we met her and her husband Caleb during their pre-wedding portraits session at the Axioo house and then again in Paris. Capturing their chemistry together was addictive. And then on Christmas, Caleb called us and told us that he wanted to arrange for a surprise gift for his wife: a beauty portrait. And here are some of my favorite shots of her.
The whole time I shot for this romantic couple, my mind was playing a soundtrack – La Vie en Rose by Edith Piaf. There is just something about these two that brings out the magic and elegance of Paris. And I really love how these pictures turned out!
Indian weddings are my favorite kind of weddings, so I was so excited when I heard that I'll be shooting at one. Especially when I met the gorgeous couple for the very first time to discuss about their wedding day. WOW... that's all I can say! The bride was super beautiful and sexy and the groom, handsome and cool. I knew right then and there that this event was going to be special!
Anyone who works at Axioo knows how important Wenny is to all of us... aside from handling the office finances, she's also the one who adds balance into our accounts at the end of everyone. But that's not why we love her... she is a sweet person and more than that, she is caring. She pays attention to all of us at the Axioo house and we know that we got it great to have her around.
