Owen & Evelyn

I often meet people who start off as clients but remain in my life as friends. Owen and Evelyn are one of those people. After our pre-wedding adventure in Dubai, we all came to be good friends. I was naturally excited to capture their wedding day. It was like watching a close relative get hitched. And I just couldn’t contain all the joy I felt for them that day.

It’s always such a privilege to shoot a wedding of a dear friend, one I have come to know and love for quite some time. This wedding took place a while back, almost a year to be exact, but that day still lingers so clearly in my mind that I thought it would be fun to share it with you.

Egi + Zita Wedding Trailer

Directed and Written by: Jimmy Indra

Hi everyone,

This is actualy my first traditional wedding journalism in the awesome AXIOO team, so please check it out..

The couple's name is Egi and Zita, and after 3 days of shooting them, I got to know a little bit about both of them.
Both Egi and zita have fantastic sense of humor and they always know how to make you comfortable with their smile. From the start, Egi and Zita right away embraced us and treated us like one of their old friends which is very important to us, especially in a traditional wedding like this one because some of the ceremonies are very personal and intimate in nature. Many times we would be very close and personal while shooting them trying to capture as best as we could their intimate moments and it helps tremendously when the couple sees us as one of their friends rather than faceless potographers and videographers. Actually as I spend a little bit more time with them I began to see that they are very friendly not to just their friends, but as a family, they are very friendly to each of the family members.
One of the things that I remembered vividly as well was how religious they are. They always pray, never leave shalah, 5 times a day. They are always reading quran as well. Something which is rare nowadays!
Overall it's been a pleasure shooting and spending an amazing 3 days with Egi and Zita. Congrats to the blessed couple!

cheers..

Jimmy

Revano + Stephanie Wedding Trailer

Directed and written by: Yosep Sugiarto

I know we often say this about our clients, but Revano and Stephanie are very friendly, in fact, they are super duper friendly! No matter who you are, whether you are their best friends, videographers or vendors in their wedding day, they held nothing back in showing their courtesy and friendliness to all.

One thing really great about their wedding was that Revano's groomsmen are from middle east, and they are really crazy about Indonesia, in contrast to Stephanie's bridesmaids who were very warm and polite, the boys were very loud! Just they way we like it!

The wedding was a mix of fun and corcky, yet intimate and personal. Revano and Stephanie went into a lot of effort to make the wedding as personal as possible, paying attention to lots of little details that would made their wedding theirs. Besides being detailed oriented persons, both Revano and Stephanie have a moustache fetish :p They both love moustaches! And since Revano doesn't have any moustache, they made moustaches props to be worn by the groom and his groomsmen. For me, seeing them wear the fake moustaches was definitely the highlight of my day. The other thing was that even though two hours before the ceremony grey clouds covered the venue at The Edge, Bali, during the ceremony itself, the weather was perfect. The day was indeed blessed! So on that blessed day friends and families gathered together to make the reception come alive like a carnival. In fact, they really wanted to make the night feels like a carnival.

So in closing, if you are thinking to design your house, make sure you call Revano. He is a super-talented architect. He broke the Muri's Record to design 135 designs within 10 working hours! Revano, I cannot wait to see your sweet home in Semarang. Happy Moustache Wedding Revano and Stephanie. Loved to be a part of your awesome wedding day. Enjoy architecting your family!

Cheers!

Yosep

Kent & Shau Fun

Being a part of Kent and Shau Fun’s wedding is like being a part of a friend’s wedding. A close and personal friend. Every so often we get lucky enough to meet clients who over time have opened up their lives and have let us in as friends. After crossing paths on several occasions last year, especially during their intimate pre-wedding session and beauty portraits, we’ve gotten to know this great couple fairly well. They’ve gotten friendly with a lot of us over at The Axioo House and it was a privilege for most of us to be a part of their beautiful day.

Anoop + Kiran Cinematic Indian Wedding Trailer

Directed and written by: Garry Valentino

This is actually the first time I got the opportunity to shoot an Indian wedding, needless to say I'm extremely ecstatic. This is also the first time I would be shooting a 3 days and 3 nights wedding, and I didn't have an idea of what's going to happen in those 3 days but I'm super excited about it.

True enough, it was an amazing wedding! During those 3 days and 3 nights, there were always so many super fun and interesting events, super fun and exciting people, and super fun and exciting places! The details and colors of the decorations during the wedding were simply amazing that by the end of the 3 days and 3 nights of non-stop shooting, my body was half dead, but my soul and senses were so stuffed that I had almost wanted more. The key word is "almost".

I won't tell you much more, I just want you guys to enjoy this 7 minutes journey that I took following Anoop and Kiran's mad mad love for each other. And maybe you might catch a glimpse of what I experience in that 3 days and 3 nights!

Cheers!
Garry V.

PS: Almost forget to thank the wonderful Wedding Planner Mr. Innayat Khubchandani. Thank you for guiding us throughout the entire journey. You are awesome brother.

Indian weddings are my favorite kind of weddings, so I was so excited when I heard that I'll be shooting at one. Especially when I met the gorgeous couple for the very first time to discuss about their wedding day. WOW... that's all I can say! The bride was super beautiful and sexy and the groom, handsome and cool. I knew right then and there that this event was going to be special!

Every time I think of these two people, one word comes to mind: YOLO! (You Only Live Once!) That word was everywhere on the day of their wedding, shouted by everyone closest to them – bridesmaids, groomsmen among other s– something that says what this couple really lives for: living life to the fullest, because you only live once!
